Service Professionals shall be required to make a purchase via online payment option, for the leads which they wish to buy.
1. In the event, the lead is identified to be non-genuine if customer not received your call within 48 Hours. Report us on info@bookmyleadz.com( You need to Provide Lead purchase details and reason of refund ). We will verify with customer and We will refund lead amount in your selected mode of payment while purchasing the lead.
2. Poor customer service or inappropriate behavior with customers results in the professional being de-listed from the BookMyLeadz Partner platform, then all the purchases made will be forfeited, and there will be no refund made in such a case.
3. Bookmyleadz reserves the right to verify all refund requests made for the purchases and in case if refund request found non-genuine reserves the right to forfeit such claims.
